Tropical Storm Danny is Born! (8/18/15 - 7:25pm)

Since this morning's post, not only did Tropical Depression 4 form, but Tropical Storm Danny was born shortly thereafter.  Here is the information on Danny from the Hurricane Center's 2nd forecast advisory.  The NHC graphic is included, below.  As you can see from the graphic, it will be well into next week before we have any feel for whether Danny will affect our part of the Gulf of Mexico.  Stay tuned.
